DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We have walk-in hours every Saturday from 10:30AM-3:30PM, no reservations are needed on Saturdays and seats are available on a first-come first-served basis. We can seat up to 8 people.

CAN I MAKE A PRIVATE RESERVATION FOR MY GROUP?

If you would like to reserve the candle bar for a private experience for a group of 4+ people you can view available dates below or email vuurlontcandleco@gmail.com to inquire about a specific date. If you have a group of 9 or more, please email us to discuss the options available for larger groups.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?

The experience, on average, will last between 30-45 minutes but varies per person as each person process of picking scents is unique.

Candles take approximately 2 hours to cool before they are ready to take home. Same day pick up is not available for candles made within 2 hours of closing time or at private evening events. If you are unable to pick up your candles the same day, you are welcome to pick them up anytime in the two weeks following your visit. We can also ship your candle to you for a fee.

IS THERE A SITTING FEE FOR THE EXPERIENCE?

There is no sitting fee for the Saturday walk-in experience. Private reservations do require a $25 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the cost of the items created the at your private event, but please notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A CANDLE?

We have a wide variety of sizes and colors to fit every person and personality! Pricing range from $12-$40+ is based on the item you select. 

IS THE EXPERIENCE KID-FRIENDLY?

We welcome all ages! We do request a parent/guardian for supervision for children ages 10 and under. We are happy to assist as well. 

CAN I BRING MY OWN VESSEL TO MAKE A CANDLE?

Unfortunately no. We provide vessels that have been tested with our wicks to ensure safety, optimal burn time, and quality
